I thought I wasn’t having any more children after Alice, but this doesn’t feel entirely different from having a lot of little children.

And then selling them on the internet. Okay, it’s different, but in my head it does sort of feel like a kind of labor. I’ve done things I didn’t know I could do, the whole process has been an eye opener, and when I’m making my pieces I’m not sure if they are going to be pretty or pretty ugly when I’m done, so in that way…

Dear Margaret,

Hello! How are you? Things are good here. We are getting ready for Halloween, the kids are going to be characters from Star Wars, despite the fact neither of them have ever seen the movie, in fact Russell calls it Star Warmers! I think he’s getting it all mashed up with Transformers. You know all the cool movies he’s not allowed to see…

Anyway, I wanted to tell you that if you get the internet you can skip all my boring words and just look at the pictures! And then like cliff notes you can pretend you pay attention to all my ranting! I could show you pictures like this one

And we can team up to embarrass Andrea by putting pictures up of her molesting that poor bear…only to find out she kept the originals of the Bear getting a little too cozy with ALL the moms on this trip!

And if you get the internet Carly and I can try to sell you our wares on etsy, and andrea will harass you to leave her comments on her blog and, well, what?!

Under where?                                                                           Ha! I made you say “underwear!”

But other than the random panty on the tree top our trip on the park city Ski Lift was all very scenic.

Oh, and QUIET. you don’t realize how loud and constant the noise from children is until you’re 7000 feet above sea level and you and your mommy friends  have nothing to say because we are sort of mesmerized by all the silence.

For me all the quiet was a little unnerving. My brain didn’t know how to stop looking for the fire… …oh, and did I mention heights make me a little nervous? Well, now you know, though this time we made the death defying trip in one peace.

Good times! Same time next year? See you then!!   :)
